“Saray is Asador in our understanding: there are a lot of vegetables, meat, fish and seafood cooked over an open fire – on coals, in an oven or in a tandoor.
From our menu you can see that much of our inspiration comes from the Mediterranean. We traveled to Northern Spain to get inspiration from the Asador restaurants,” brand chef Dan Miron.
Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 8:00 am on weekday, and from 9:00 am on weekends.
